We request our customers to provide us clear instructions and guidelines related to their order to avoid any confusion later in the process.
We will not be accepting any new or altered information/brief/guidelines when requesting a revision.
We acknowledge that mistakes can happen, and if any new details are given during the revision request, it may require an extra payment.
